Quick answerLeasing? Tire and wheel, dent and key replacement usually fit. Financing and keeping it past four years? A vehicle service contract makes the most sense.
Match it to your life
- Keeping it 5+ years: a vehicle service contract (7 years or 100,000 miles)
- Little down or a long loan: gap protection (check a lease contract before adding it)
- Potholes: tire and wheel
- Interstate or construction miles: windshield
- Kids, pets, street parking: dent, key, paint and interior
- High mileage: wear items and extra lease miles
Don't double up
Audi Signature Care is scheduled maintenance for 3 years or 30,000 miles on 2026 and newer models. It is not an extra protection plan. Ask for every price in writing, and know that unused coverage can be canceled if your contract allows it.
